David is the senior Minister of Wellspring. He is married to Marianne, and they have four children. David completed his first degree in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Tasmania. He also has a Bachelor of Theology (Moore), a Master of Arts (Theology, Morling) and is undertaking a PhD in preaching. When not in the office (or the church), or running his kids around to sports or ballet, you might find David on the soccer field or perhaps out riding his bike taking in beautiful views around Sandy Bay.

John is the music coordinator at Wellspring Anglican. He is doing a Bachelor of Arts and Music, studying contemporary piano at the Con, he used to major in saxophone but prefers to be able to sit back and groove with a rhythm section. He takes care of the music teams at the 6pm and 10am services and fills in the rest of his time at Wellspring doing various 'ministry intern' type jobs, just for a bit of a variety.  Charles has been a Minister for a long time. Charles brings a wealth of experience to the staff team at Wellspring. He is a cabinet maker by trade. Charles retired after a long period of service as Rector of St Paul's Glenorchy. Serving the people of God is in his blood and he came out of retirement to help the team at Wellspring.
